THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33682 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in not considering the representation dt.29-09-2015 given by the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal and direct the 2nd respondent to consider and take action on the representation dt.29-09-2015 given by the petitioner by issue of writ order or direction, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India."

Heard Sri M.S.R. Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise for respondents, apart from perusing the material available before this Court. During the course of hearing it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein the petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 29-09-2015 to the 2nd respondent herein and appropriate directions may be issued to the respondent authorities to take action on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. This Court considers the said request as reasonable. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 29-09-2015 submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
