THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL Criminal Petition No. 6249 of 2015 Order:

This Criminal Petition has been filed, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by the petitioners/accused requesting to quash the FIR in Crime No. 254 of 2014 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465 and 471 IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in the present crime the police have completed investigation and the charge sheet was also filed before the jurisdictional Court and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is dismissed, however, granting liberty to the petitioners/accused to avail the appropriate remedies available to them under law.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed. __________________ M.S.K. JAISWAL, J.
