After arguing for sometime, learned Government Pleader for Appeals, appearing for the petitioners, seeks to withdraw the Revision Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in the Court below regarding amendment of the cause title in the plaint presented by the petitioners in conformity with the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Chief Conservator of Forests, Government of A.P. Vs. Collector and others[1]. Granting liberty as sought, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
