THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.11350 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in retaining the 191 bags of Red Gram of the petitioners is absolutely illegal and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

On 29.04.2016, this Court directed the respondents to release the stock of 191 bags of Red Gram in favour of the petitioner. 3.

At the time of hearing, both the counsel submitted that the concerned authority has already released the stock of 191 bags of Red Gram in favour of the petitioner. Both counsel further submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. 4.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
