HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37207 OF 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the petitioner's request for issuance of e-passbook basing on the representation dated 16.2.2018 submitted by the petitioner for restoration of his name in the ROR Form1B and the Adangal in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.50.00 cents situated at Sy.No.316/1A&B of Karra Ballavolu Village, Ozili Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted an application on 16.02.2018, seeking for restoration of his name in the ROR Form-1B and Adangal in respect of the subject land, the 3rd respondent, did not take any action so far. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the 3rd respondent may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner in accordance with law.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 16.02.2018, seeking for restoration of his name in the ROR Form-1B and the Adangal in respect of the subject land and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible preferably, within a period of three to four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law, after giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
