HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37281 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the application filed by the petitioner on 22.11.2017, seeking to incorporate the name of the petitioner in the revenue record and to issue pattadar passbook and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.00 cents situated at RS No.1/1A of Jillelagudem Village and Mandal, west Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the petitioner submitted his representation on 22.11.2017 to the respondents requesting to mutate his name in the revenue records, no action has been taken so far.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that respondents may be directed to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to deal with the online application dated 22.11.2017 submitted by the petitioner seeking to incorporate his name in the revenue records and to issue pattadar passbook and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.00 cents situated at RS No.1/1A of Jillelagudem Village and Mandal, west Godavari District and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as early as possible, within a period of three to four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
