When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that Cr.No.426 of 2018 has been registered on the file of the Ongole Taluq Police Station on 11.10.2018. The said written instructions are placed on record. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
