The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This application is filed for appointing a registered valuer for revaluation of the land of the company in liquidation to the extent of Ac.2.527 situated in Sy.Nos.44, 43, 42, 41, 40/2 and 38/2, Road No.10, IDA Nacharam village, Kapra Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, from the panel maintained by the office of the Official Liquidator, fix the tentative fee of the Valuer at Rs.25,000/-, to permit the Official Liquidator to pay the Valuer's fee so fixed by this Court, to permit the Official Liquidator to peruse the valuation report and file necessary report/application for consideration and permission to sell the assets of the property and to order that the costs of the application do come out of the assets of the company.

By an earlier order dated 10-12-2014, this Court has appointed Sharma & Associates as the Valuer for revaluation of the Company's land. The Valuer has since submitted his report, which was taken on file by this Court on 9-2-2015.

The Official Liquidator has submitted his report wherein he has conveyed 'No objection' for the valuation made by the Valuer.

In the above facts and circumstances, the fee of the Valuer is fixed at Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only). The Official Liquidator is permitted to pay the Valuer's fees from out of the Company's funds.

The Official Liquidator is also permitted to file a separate application for permitting him to proceed with the sale of the property as per the revised valuation. It is further ordered that the costs of this application do come out of the assets of the company in liquidation.

The Company Application stands disposed of accordingly.
