ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an order or a direction or a writ more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring
Proc.No.RGUKT/Rectt/Director/18/2013 Dt. 30-12-2013, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and in gross violation of Fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India." Sri D.Jaipal Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 28.10.2015, to the Registry, wherein it is stated that as the respondents have proposed fresh appointments, the petitioner intends to the withdraw the writ petition. In view of the said letter, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.782 & 1174 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
