HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 7 4 6 9 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Shadnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, dated 03.12.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. To the extent of their relevance, the said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that after completion of investigation, the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Shadnagar Sub-Division, Shadnagar, was requested to accord permission to refer the case as "False" and pursuant to the permission given by the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Shadnagar Sub-Division, Shadnagar, a notice was given to the petitioner/ complainant and Final Report referring the case as "False" was filed before the Court of Hon'ble AddL.JFCM, Shadnagar, Ranga Reddy District.

It is submitted that since the petitioner/ complainant has alleged that Police have not completed the investigation and filed Final Report in F.I.R.no.181/ 2016 under Section 307 I.P.C., and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., the Police have again issued a notice to the petitioner on 01.12.2018 informing that the investigation in the crime was completed and final report was filed."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Shadnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, dated 03.12.2018, with a liberty to the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open, in accordance with law..
