Despite the order dated 10.04.2015 granting a last and final opportunity to the petitioner to take steps for amendment of the cause title, no steps have been taken till date.

The writ petition, as instituted, is against the Government of Andhra Pradesh and not the State. In terms of Article 300 of the Constitution and Section 79 CPC, the Government of Andhra Pradesh is not sui juris. The writ petition is therefore dismissed on this short ground. Interim order dated 24.04.2012 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
