Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II for learned Government pleader for Revenue (TG) for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner is placed under suspension by the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, by order dated 06.10.2018. Against the order of Commissioner, appeal lies to the Government. Without availing the remedy of appeal, this writ petition is filed.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner sought to contend that the disciplinary authority has not examined the merits of the matter and passed order of suspension, as the remedy of appeal is available, he seeks leave of the Court to file appeal and to raise all pleas as raised in this writ petition. 4.

Having regard to the said submissions, granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the order of suspension, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Liberty is also granted to petitioner to raise all contentions as urged in this writ petition or any other contentions that may be available to him. It is made clear that if the appeal is preferred, the same shall be disposed of within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of appeal.
