This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner for not complying the orders of this Court dated 05.03.2014 in WPMP No.7807 of 2014 in W.P.No.6276 of 2014.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the order of this Court dated 05.03.2014 has been complied with and same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
