ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the Police to produce Smt.B.Krishna Kumari, W/o. Late Satyanarayana (for short, 'the alleged detenue') before the Court and set her at liberty.

In pursuance of the directions issued by this Court, respondent No.4 produced the alleged detenue along with her minor son. She informed the Court that she has been held in forcible custody by respondent No.5, her father-in-law, and that he is not permitting her to go to her parents' house. She expressed her strong desire to stay with her parents.

In the light of the view expressed by the alleged detenue, as above, she is permitted to stay with her parents i.e., the petitioner and his wife. Respondent No.4 is directed to take appropriate legal action, on receiving the report from the alleged detenue regarding her alleged illegal custody by respondent No.5. 4.
