This petition is filed, by the petitioner, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in C.C.No.979 of 2012 on the file of the court of X Metropolitan Magistrate at Malkajgiri at Cyberabad. The offence alleged is under Section 497 IPC. 2.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the impugned CC ended in acquittal vide judgment, dated 09.04.2015.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
