Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself was dismissed for default, therefore, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication and requested this Court to permit the petitioner to approach the Court in the event of restoration of the suit.

Recording the said submission and permitting the petitioner to approach the Court in the event of restoration of suit, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
