HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37439 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not issuing e-pass books and making relevant entries in the revenue records for the land admeasuring Ac 5 30 guntas in Survey No.319/24, Ac.1.07 guntas in Survey No.319/7 Ac.1. 02 guntas in Survey No.319/8 Ac. 1.25 guntas in Survey No. 319/9 Ac. 3.09 guntas in Survey No. 319/28, Ac.1. 00 guntas in Survey No. 319/28E and Ac.1.21 guntas in Survey No 299/E in favour of 1st petitioner and Ac.5. 32 guntas in Survey No. 319/26A, Ac. 0.35 guntas in Survey No. 72/A and Ac. 0. 26 guntas in Survey No. 319/26AA in favour of the 2nd petitioner situated in Narayanapuram Village Aswaraopeta Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District and also to provide financial assistance of Rs.

4000/ per acre to the petitioners for Kharif and Rabi Seasons as per Rythu Bandu scheme as illegal irregular irrational and amounts to non discharge of legal obligation conferred on respondents 2 and 3 under the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971 and rules framed there under and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners submitted the application on 23.10.2017, seeking for issuance of e-pass books, title deeds and making relevant entries in the revenue records in respect of the subject properties, no action has been taken so far.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the respondents may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation dated 23.10.2017, submitted by the petitioners seeking issuance of e-passbooks, title deeds and making relevant entries in the revenue records in respect of the subject lands and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of six to ten weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
