This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.P.No.1055 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Rajahmundry, East Godavari District. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has withdrawn O.P.No.1055 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, no orders are necessary in this petition.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, shall stand closed.
