THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2694 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by A.1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the orders of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad dated 25.1.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.164 of 2016 in C.C.No.377 of 2011.

Heard.

The petitioner herein who is A.1 filed the application seeking extension of time for surrender of his passport. By the impugned order, the trial Court directed the petitioner to surrender his passport and make a fresh petition with the similar relief and also directed that if he fails to surrender his passport by 27.1.2016, the surety amount will be paid to the victim towards compensation apart from taking steps against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the impugned order passed by the trial Court is hereby set aside the Crl.M.P.No.164 of 2016 shall stand allowed. The petitioner is permitted to travel abroad and shall appear before the trial Court on the date of pronouncement of judgment. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
