THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37231 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent authorities are interfering with the Dasara festival celebrations being undertaken by the petitioner pursuant to the permission granted by the fourth respondent on 12.05.2018 and the police permission, dated 30.09.2018.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any action is warranted, the respondent authorities will issue notice and proceed further in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
