THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3328 OF 2015 ORDER:

This revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 21.02.2012 passed in I.A.No.127 of 2012 in I.A.No.95 of 2009 in O.P.No.916 of 2008 on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad. Sri H.Sudhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the trial in main O.P.No.916 of 2008 is likely to be completed and also agreed to pay arrears of maintenance within eight (8) weeks from today, hence no further orders need be passed in this revision.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to decide the O.P.No.916 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, trial Court is directed to decide the O.P.No.916 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order subject to deposit of arrears of maintenance within eight (8) weeks from today.

With the above direction, the revision is disposed of. No costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
