After arguing some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for the petitioner to surrender before the police station or trial Court concerned and consequently to withdraw the Criminal petition.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. On surrender of the petitioner, the trial Court shall consider his bail application as per law.
