This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 15.12.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31494 of 2011, wherein this Court has directed the first and second respondents to take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2011 in respect of the deviations or violations committed by the 4th respondent in the above writ petition.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the 4th

respondent in W.P.No.31494 of 2011 has filed W.P.No.31318 of 2012 and obtained stay against the notice issued by the respondents 1 and 2. Learned counsel for the respondents also states that because of the stay order in W.P.No.31318 of 2012, they are unable to take any action and unless the above writ petition is disposed of, it cannot be said that the respondents committed violation of the orders passed by this Court.

In view of the above, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.31494 of 2011 dated 15.12.2011 and that the Contempt Case is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand dismissed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 07.08.2015.
