ORDER:

This Company Application is filed to permit the petitioner- company to convene the meeting of its unsecured creditors, to appoint Chairperson for the said meeting and to dispense with the meeting of its share holders.

This Court by order, dated 03.03.2015, while appointing a Chairperson to convene the meeting of the unsecured creditors, has dispensed with the holding of meeting of the shareholders. The Chairperson has filed his report, dated 17.04.2015, which is taken on record.

The Company Application is, accordingly, closed.
