HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 828 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to allot essential commodities to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop No. 5 of Bukkapatnam Village and Mandal, Ananthapuram District.

When the matter was taken up for consideration on 21.09.2015, it was

directed to be posted for orders on 28.09.2015 to enable the learned Counsel for the petitioner to ascertain as to whether the petitioner has been continuing by virtue of the impugned order.

To day when the matter is taken up, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is called absent. However, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that since the petitioner had submitted his resignation, he has not been running the said fair price shop since November, 2014. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for consideration and the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. --------------------------------------------------- JUSTICE A.
