There was no representation for the petitioner when this matter was taken up for hearing on 28.08.2015 and it was accordingly directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 14.09.2015. On the said date, at the request of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the matter was adjourned to 05.10.2015.

Today, the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal' but there is no representation for the petitioner or her learned counsel yet again. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
