THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12212 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.689 of 2015 of Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad, registered under Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. At the time of hearing, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
