OFFICE NOTE 26.02.2026 JSR,J Pursuant to the order dated 16.12.2025 passed by this Court, the parties appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for their Transferred identification. Accordingly, the High Court Legal to i.o. folder Services Committee submitted its report dated before 09.01.2026 which discloses that petitioner Nos.1, corrections, if any.

3, 4 and 6 are duly identified, whereas petitioner Nos.2, 5 and 7 are not identified in the absence of relevant documents.

Today, respondent No.2 is physically present before the Court.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 identified respondent No.2 and the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the presence of respondent No.2 before this Court is sufficient and not required for further identification before the High Court Legal Services Committee.

Learned counsel for the petitioners sought one week time for filing necessary application/affidavit insofar as petitioner Nos.2,5 and 7 are concerned.
