identified, whereas respondent No.2 was not identified on the ground that her name in the cause title is not tallying with the Aadhar Card. The name of respondent No.2 in the cause title is mentioned as Ayesha Begum @ Napari Manoja, W/o. Md. Hajimiya, but, in the Aadhar Card, her name is shown as Napari Manoja, D/o. Raju.

Today, respondent No.2 is physically present before the Court.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 identified respondent No.2 and the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the presence of respondent No.2 before this Court is sufficient and not required for further identification before the High Court Legal Services Committee.
