O R D E R:

This writ petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenges the inaction on the part of the third respondent in forwarding the application of the petitioner to the second respondent for approval of subsidy as per his letter Roc.No.D3/VC/MD/2013, dated 30.01.2013, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law.

2. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 that the Government of Andhra Pradesh issued G.O.Ms.No.101, Social Welfare (SCP.I) Department, dated 31.12.2013, stipulating guidelines for the present issue with regard to grant of loans and a copy of the same is placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel. It is further submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that it is open for the petitioner to make an application in accordance with the provisions stipulated under the said Governmental order.

3. On seeing the Governmental order, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that liberty may be accorded to the petitioners herein to make an application in terms of the said Governmental order. It is also requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents herein may be directed to take appropriate action on the application to be filed by the petitioner herein.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application in accordance with the procedure contemplated under G.O.Ms.No.101, Social Welfare (SCP.I) Department, dated 31.12.2013, and if any such application is made, the same shall be considered by the respondents and appropriate action be taken in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.101, Social Welfare (SCP.I) Department dated 31.12.2013 as expeditiously as possible. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There

shall be no order as to costs.
