This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying labour charges to the fifth respondent as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Irrigation, representing respondents 1 to 4 and learned counsel for respondents 5 and 6 have submitted that the parties entered into a memorandum of understanding dated 20.12.2017 during pendency of writ petition.

In view of the submission made by both the counsel, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
