THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTI CE J. UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON No.32322 of 2015 ORDER: (per Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed assailing the possession notice dated 25.08.2015 issued by the State Bank of India, the respondent, in relation to the secured asset belonging to the petitioner. While so, Mrs.N.Malathi Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner, would inform this Court that the State Bank of India accepted the One Time Settlement proposal offered by the petitioner without prejudice under its letter dated 15.09.2017. In terms thereof, the settlement is to be effected on or before 15.03.2018. Learned counsel would also place before us letter dated 16.10.2017 addressed by the petitioner informing the bank that it was planning to settle the entire OTS amount by 31.12.2017.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed on this short ground leaving all issues open.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
