HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37235 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in making efforts to demolish the premises of the petitioners situated at Sy.No.140/3, of Koramanigunta Village, Thirupathi Urban Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the officials of the respondents are not making any efforts to demolish the subject premises and if any action is to be taken, it will be taken in accordance with law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Tahsildar, to follow due process of law before taking any steps to demolish the subject premises of the petitioners.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
