THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 10942 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.247 of 2018 pending on the file of the Station House Officer, Tadepalligudem Town Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 270 and 273 of Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.") and Sections 54 r/w 57, 58, 59 of Food Safety & Standard Act, 2006. Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Criminal Petition No.1083 of 2018 and batch dated 28.06.2018.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh, this criminal petition also stands allowed in terms of the said order. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.

The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in Criminal Petition No.1083 of 2018 and batch dated 28.06.2018 to this order.
