HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37434 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents for withholding the passbooks and not paying the Tythu Bandhu cheques for the land situated at Sy. Nos. 163/E 195/A, 196/AA/5, 197/A, 198/A, 199/A, 200/A, 201/A, 202/A, 203/A 205/A, 225/AA/2, 226/A, 227/A and Sy No. 164 total extent of Ac 19.12 gts situated at Nemaragomula village, Bibinagar Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the representations dated 28.05.2018 and 20.10.2018 of the petitioner in accordance with law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to examine the representations dated 28.05.2018 and 20.10.2018 submitted by the petitioner for issuing the Rythu Bandhu cheques for the subject lands and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
