THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2847 OF 2018 ORDER:

Sri J.Sreenivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Singareni Collieries Company Limited, based on the instructions, submits that the respondents have not received the application dated 03.04.2017 of the petitioner, as alleged in the Writ Petition.

In view of the same, I see no disobedience in this Contempt Case as alleged by the petitioner.

Hence, recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this case, if any, shall stand closed.
