THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37517 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 29.10.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, Mattampalli Police Station, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions, to the extent of their relevance to the present Writ Petition, are as under:

"It is further submitted that as per writ averments the petitioner sent complaint through register post against one Kethireddy Dhanamma stating that she created a forgery documents for getting occupation patta certificate without paying any challan amount and name of the inamdar to be deleted from the revenue records and her name is deleted from the revenue records, when the petitioner going to apply rythu bandhu scheme she came to know that she cheated by the said Kethireddy Dhanamma, hence requested to take necessary action against her.

Further it is submitted that immediately after receiving the complaint made GD entry, after verifying the contents of the complaint it does not disclose any offence, hence not registered any FIR and the same was intimated to the complainant through register post".

By placing on record the above written instructions, Writ Petition is disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the other remedies open under law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
