HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37436 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not mutating and not digitally signing the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.0.34 1⁄2 cents in R.S.No.296/2 of Thummapala Village, Ankapalli Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by the 2nd respondent-R.D.O, pattadar passbooks were issued in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject lands, but however, the web-land entries do not contain the digital signatures of the Tahsildr, which may lead to further complications at any point of time and hence the petitioner submitted an application on 29.5.2018 seeking to enter the digital signature of the Tahsidlar in the web-land entries and the same is pending for consideration.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the respondents may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation dated 29.5.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to enter the digital signature of the Tahsidlar in the web-land entries, in respect of the subject lands of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
