At the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, time was granted enabling him to ascertain the status of the suit in the lower Court. Even till date, counsel is not able to say anything about the status of the suit in the lower Court. The case status report shows that suit was disposed of on 14.03.2018 by the Court below and the cause in the revision does not survive for adjudication.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
