This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner - defendant assailing the order, dated 23.07.2013, of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Kamalapuram, passed in I.A.No.221 of 2013 in O.S.No.77 of 2009. 2.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 26.02.2015.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
