ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari by calling for the records from the file of 6th respondent, subsequently to set-aside the order passed in O.A.No.9728 of 2012, dt.09.06.2015 as well as proceedings Rc.No.A3/PR/104/SPF/200108, dt.17.06.2008 and proceedings Rc.No.A3/ PR/04/SPF/2001, dt.25.09.
2008 of the 2nd respondent, subsequently to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to treat the entire period of suspension and period of out of service after removal as on duty by reinstating the petitioner as Head Constable with all consequential benefits and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." After arguing the case, Mr. K. Ramakoteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition unconditionally.
The request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WPMP.No.25052 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
