Order:

This Company Application is filed for permission to the Official Liquidator to sell Flat No.M-4 admeasuring 777 square feet together with undivided share of 14.30 square yards, situated at H.No.1-8-526, Jatkar Bhavan, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad, on 'as is where is and what ever there is' basis; for taking various measures as enumerated in Clauses (ii) to (vi) of the prayer; and for an order that the costs of this Application do come out of the assets of the Company in liquidation.

This Court has passed various orders to facilitate the Official Liquidator to sell the above mentioned flat. The Official Liquidator has since filed various reports. Mr.M.Anil Kumar, learned Counsel for the Official Liquidator, submitted that despite several measures initiated by the Official Liquidator, he is unable to sell the flat as no one has come forward to buy the same. In the light of these facts, no purpose will be served in keeping this Application pending.

The Company Application is, accordingly, closed giving liberty to the Official Liquidator to file a fresh application as and when any buyer comes forward for buying the flat.
