HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.37291 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the order dated 28.10.2016 passed by the respondents.

Smt Noor Jahan Begum, W/o. late Mohd Basheeruddin, Osmania Bazar, Hyderabad is a proprietor of the petitioner firm has filed an affidavit before this Court giving unconditional undertaking stating that he will not keep/spread any goods or article for sale on the footpath or road at Osmania Bazar, Hyderabad during his business hours. The solemn undertaking given by the petitioner is placed on record.

In the light of the undertaking given by the petitioner, the respondent-Corporation shall restore the trade license granted in favour of the petitioner. It is made clear that if the undertaking given on behalf of the petitioner is violated, the respondentCorporation shall be at liberty to move for prosecution of the petitioner for violation of the undertaking given by him before this Court by filing the Contempt Case.

Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
