The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the Form 6A applications submitted by the petitioner No.RMU011801123055 and RMU011801123203 dated 2.8.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted an application in Form VI-A on 28.03.2018 seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records, issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in his favour for the subject land, the respondents 3 and 4 did not take any action so far.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner in Form VI-A on 28.03.2018, seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records, issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in his favour for the subject land and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible preferably, within a period of eight to ten weeks from today, in accordance with law, after giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the concerned. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
