HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 16198 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner, in the instant writ petition, seeks the following prayer:

"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or direction, particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the impugned action of the respondents organization in not allowing the petitioner to discharge her duties from 15.03.2014 without any reasons as well as not regularizing the petitioner service even after putting more than (28) years of continuous service as illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of Art.

14, 16 & 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently the petitioner pray this Hon'ble Court may be pleased direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service along with consequential benefits including regularizing her service at least from the date of completion of (10) years of service from the date of initial date of joining the service in the interest of justice and fair play." Sri Posani Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that they have no objection for continuing the petitioner on the same post on which she was working on same terms and conditions.

In view thereof, Sri V. Narasimha Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall report respondent Nos.2 and 3 on 31-07-2015 in which case, these respondents shall allow her to

resume from 01-08-2015 on the same post and on same terms and conditions.

Sri Narasimha Goud, at this stage, submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to make application for regularisation based on relevant government orders. It is open to the petitioner to make such application and if she makes any such application, we hope and trust that the same shall be considered on merits in accordance with law.
