THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.36599 OF 2015 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Both Sri M.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home would agree that since the detenu was released by the Advisory Board subsequent to filing of the Writ Petition, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
