THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.37311 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, for redressal of his grievance, he submitted a representation to the respondent-GHMC but no action has been taken so far against the illegal construction undertaken by the fifth respondent herein.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, petitioner herein did not submit any representation to the respondent-GHMC authorities and the representation, enclosed with the Writ Petition, was, in fact, signed by the third party. On hearing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to make an appropriate representation, for redressal of his grievance, before the GHMC authorities. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is made by the

petitioner the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to submit an appropriate representation to the respondent-GHMC authorities for consideration, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
