This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the docket order dated 07.10.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1883 of 2016 in C.O.R.No.523 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Narsampet.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to approach the competent authority.

Permission is granted.
