THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.37298 of 2018 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to provide police aid for the purpose of enforcing the order of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Devarakonda in I.A.No.182 of 2018 in O.S.No.39 of 2018.

In view of availability of remedy to the petitioner herein by filing an application before the said Court for necessary police aid, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the matter. This writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner herein to file an appropriate application before the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Devarakonda, for consideration, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
