Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment dated 23.12.2015, passed by the Full Bench of this Court in WA.No.343 of 2015 and batch; and that WP.No.22602 of 2008 and batch was already disposed of by the Division bench of this Court on 29.01.2016, wherein this Court issued various directions while reiterating the directions of the Full Bench in WA.No.343 of 2015 and batch dated 23.12.2015.

In terms of the order of the Division Bench in WP.No.22602 of 2008 and batch, dated 29.01.2016, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Office is to append a copy of the order in WP.No.22602 of 2008 and batch, dated 29.01.2016.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
